Crew Scheduling shows you a different navigation depending on your role. Everyone sees the basics; scheduling administrators see the management pages too.

What everyone sees

  • Dashboard — your punch clock, your hours and earnings, and (for admins) the SMS panel.
  • My Schedule — your personal calendar. This section has three tabs: My Schedule (the calendar), Time Sheets (your punches for the pay period), and Time Off (balances and requests).

What administrators also see

  • Scheduling — the whole agency's schedule. Tabs: Full Schedule, By Employee, Assignment Board, Coverage, and Shift Bids.
  • Time Off — every request across the agency. Tabs: Calendar view and List View.
  • Time Management — timecard review and payroll exports.
  • Templates — shift templates and rotations. Tabs: Templates and Rotations.
  • Employees — each employee's pay, qualifications, and time-off setup.

When a section has tabs, they appear in a bar under the navigation. On a phone, open the menu button on the left of the navigation to reach everything.

The rest of the navigation bar

  • Notifications bell — shift assignments, call-offs, and other updates land here. A red badge shows your unread count; opening the list marks them read.
  • Light / Dark — the theme switch. Pick whichever is easier on your eyes; the app remembers it.
  • Your name — opens a menu with Back to Unified (returns to the Unified Solutions dashboard) and Sign Out. Administrators also get Settings here.
Tip: after an update ships, a What's new window may pop up once describing the change. Click Got it! and it will not show again for that update.
