Once you are inside Crew Scheduling, the menu gives you access to every part of the application. Here is what each item does.

The main menu

  • Dashboard -- your home screen. It shows the scheduled hours and earnings card and the punch clock.
  • My Schedule -- a calendar showing your assigned shifts. Click any day to see shift details, bid on open shifts, or set your availability.

From My Schedule, a second row of links appears with My Schedule, Time Sheets, and Time Off so you can jump to your timecard or time-off balances.

Extra items for admins

If you have the Admin role for your agency, you also see these items in the menu:

  • Admin Scheduling -- the full schedule for all employees with sub-tabs for Full Schedule, By Employee, Templates, and Shift Bids.
  • Time Off -- the agency-wide time-off calendar and list view for approving requests.
  • Time Sheets -- every employee's timecard for the pay period.
  • Employee Management -- the list of all employees and their detailed profiles.
  • Settings -- agency-level configuration for punch clock rules, pay periods, qualifications, stations, and more. This link lives in the profile dropdown at the bottom of the menu.

How a typical shift looks

Most crew members check the Dashboard first. You see your scheduled hours for the week, punch in when your shift starts, and punch out when it ends. If you need to request time off or check your timecard, those are one click away from My Schedule.
