The dashboard is the first screen you see when you open Crew Scheduling. It puts your most important information in one place so you can start your shift with a clear picture of your week.
What is on the dashboard
- Scheduled Hours & Earnings -- shows your scheduled hours, scheduled overtime, worked hours, worked overtime, and your gross earnings for the current pay period (with last pay period's earnings underneath for comparison).
- Punch clock -- the buttons you use to punch in and out. It also shows your current or next shift and the server time.
Admins also see a Send SMS Notifications card for messaging the crew.
Why it matters
The dashboard saves you from having to check multiple screens. Before you punch in, you can see your hours and earnings for the pay period at a glance.
Tip
Check the dashboard at the start of every shift. It takes five seconds and keeps you aware of your hours, especially if you are picking up extra shifts and want to track overtime.
