The My Schedule page shows a calendar with all of the shifts assigned to you. Each day that has a shift is marked so you can see your work pattern at a glance.

Reading the calendar

Days with assigned shifts are highlighted. Days without shifts are blank. You can move forward and backward through the weeks and months using the navigation arrows.

Viewing shift details

Click on any day to see the shifts assigned to you for that date. The details include the shift start time, end time, and total duration. If you have more than one shift on the same day, all of them appear.

Example

You are a paramedic working a 24/48 rotation. When you open My Schedule, you see a repeating pattern: one day highlighted, then two blank days, then another highlighted day. If you click on a highlighted day, you see a shift from 0700 to 0700 the next day, showing 24 hours.

Tip

Use My Schedule to plan ahead. If you are thinking about requesting time off, check the calendar first to see which shifts you would miss. That makes filling out the time-off request easier.
