Once you are inside CloudPCR, the menu is the same on every page. Here is what each option is for.
The main menu
- My PCRs — every patient care report you have personally worked on. This is where you go to finish a report you started or to look at a recent call.
- QA PCRs — only shown if you are a quality reviewer. This is your review queue.
- All PCRs — only shown if your role allows it. Every PCR your agency has on file.
- Reporting — charts and saved reports across all PCRs.
- Demographics — your agency's setup: vehicles, personnel, facilities, locations, contacts, devices, and the agency profile itself.
- Settings — agency-wide preferences, form configuration, workflows, quality rules, QA workflow, and audit logs.

How most days look
For a working medic or EMT, most of your time in CloudPCR is in My PCRs. You start a new PCR after each call, fill it out as you go, and submit it before the end of your shift. You only visit Demographics or Settings if your role includes setting things up.
