The QA PCRs page is where reviewers go to find patient care reports that need a quality review. If your role includes quality review, this is your work queue.

Open the queue

  1. From the menu, click QA PCRs.

If you do not see this option, your role does not include quality review. Ask a supervisor.

What you see

The queue shows every PCR that has been routed to you for review. Each row shows the incident number, the patient name, the date, the lead provider, the primary impression, and the QA status. You can search and filter the queue.

What you can do here

  • Open a PCR for full review.
  • Update the QA status of a PCR — for example, move a PCR from "In Review" to "Approved."
  • Update the billing status from the QA queue when your reviewer permissions allow it.
