The My PCRs page shows every patient care report you have personally worked on, with the most recent at the top.
Open My PCRs
- From the menu, click My PCRs.
Searching
Use the search box at the top of the list. You can search by patient name, by incident number, or by date. For example, type Smith to find every PCR with a Smith on it, or type 2024-03 to find every PCR from March 2024.
Filtering
Use the filters next to the search box to narrow the list by status. Show only PCRs that are still in progress, only ones you have submitted, or only ones that have been approved.
If you can't find a PCR you worked on
If you remember the PCR but it does not show up in your list, the most likely reasons are:
- You were a crew member but not the lead, and the PCR is filed under someone else's name.
- The PCR was created on a different date than you remember.
- You are signed in to the wrong agency.
Ask a supervisor or someone with the All PCRs permission to look it up for you.
