The Crew section lists everyone on the truck with you, with a role for each person.

Adding a crew member

  1. In the Crew section, click Add Crew Member.
  2. Search by last name. CloudPCR shows matches from your personnel list.
  3. Pick the right person.
  4. Pick their role on this call: Lead, Driver, Attendant, or Other.
  5. Repeat for every person on the truck.

The lead role

One person on every PCR has to be the lead — the highest level provider, the person clinically responsible for the call. The lead is the one who signs the PCR before submission.

An example

You and your partner respond on Medic 3. You are the paramedic, your partner is an EMT. A new EMT is riding with you for a third-rider shift. In the Crew section you add yourself as Lead and Driver, your partner as Attendant, and the third rider as Other. When you submit, you are the one who signs.

Tip: If your agency uses shift assignments, the crew might fill in automatically when you start a new PCR. Check that everyone listed is actually on the call and add or remove as needed.
