You can download any PCR as a PDF. The PDF includes every section of the report and can be printed or attached to an email. The button is labeled Print — it opens the PDF view; from there you can save to your device or send it to a physical printer.

From inside the PCR

  1. Open the PCR.
  2. Click Print at the top of the form.
  3. A new tab opens with the full PCR formatted as a PDF.
  4. From there, save it to your device or print it using your browser's print option.
Important: If nothing happens when you click Print, your browser is probably blocking pop-ups. Look for a small pop-up blocker icon in your browser's address bar and allow pop-ups from CloudPCR, then click Print again. On locked-down tablets, ask your agency administrator.

Tips

  • The button is named Print because it generates a printable PDF. It is the same action whether you want to print or to download.
  • On smaller screens the Print button is hidden — open the PCR on a tablet or larger to see it.
  • The PDF is also available from the row Actions menu on My PCRs and All PCRs: pick Print to open the same PDF.
