You can download any PCR as a PDF. The PDF includes every section of the report and can be printed or attached to an email.

From inside the PCR

  1. Open the PCR.
  2. Click Print at the top of the form.
  3. A new tab opens with the full PCR formatted as a PDF.
  4. From there, save it to your device or print it using your browser's print option.

Tips

  • The PDF includes any signatures and any attached documents.
  • For multi-patient incidents, generate a separate PDF for each patient's PCR.
