The Other Information section on the Outcome tab holds a small set of call-level flags and administrative fields.

The fields
- Review Requested — flag the PCR for extra review. Use this when something unusual happened on the call and you want a reviewer or medical director to look at it.
- Potential System of Care / Specialty / Registry Patient — multi-select. Check every specialty registry this call might feed (options include Airway, Burn, Cardiac/MI, CVA/Stroke, Drowning, Spinal Cord Injury, STEMI/Acute Cardiac, Trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Other). This flag helps your agency's QA team route the PCR to the right registry.
- Natural, Suspected, Intentional, or Unintentional Disaster — multi-select. Check only if the call is part of a disaster incident (tornado, flood, active shooter, chemical release, etc.). Leave empty for routine calls.
- Crew Member Completing this Report — the person writing the report. Picks from the crew on this PCR. Usually the lead provider, but anyone on the call can take the report.
An example
You finish a STEMI call. You plan to ask your medical director to look at the 12-lead. In this section you set Review Requested to Yes, check STEMI/Acute Cardiac for System of Care, and pick yourself as Crew Member Completing this Report. Your QA team sees the flag on the PCR and pulls it for review the next morning.
