Unified University keeps the same navigation on every page, so you can always find your way back. What appears depends on whether you are signed in and whether you are an agency admin.
The navigation
- My Training takes you to your required and available lessons. It appears once you are signed in.
- Manage Training appears only for agency admins. It is where you assign training and track your team's progress.
- Knowledge Base opens the help articles, the ones you are reading now.
- Apps takes you back to your Unified Solutions dashboard, where every app your agency uses lives.
The catalog and My Training
There are two ways to find a lesson. The catalog is the public starting page that lists every lesson, grouped so you can filter by category. My Training is your personal page: it puts the lessons assigned to you front and center under Required Training, with everything else under Available Training.
