My Training is your personal training page. It appears once you sign in and splits your learning into two sections so you always know what needs your attention first.
Required Training
This section holds the lessons an agency admin assigned to you. These are the ones you are expected to finish. A lesson leaves this section once you complete it.
Available Training
This section holds every other lesson your agency has access to. Nothing here is required, but it is there whenever you want to learn more.
Filtering by app
If your agency uses several apps, the buttons near the top let you show training for just one app at a time. Click an app to filter, or pick the option that shows everything.
Picking up where you left off
A lesson you have started but not finished shows a Resume button on its card. Click it to jump back into the video at the point you stopped. Your progress is saved automatically as you watch.
