Unified University is the training hub for every Unified Solutions app your agency uses. It holds short video lessons, organized by app and topic, so anyone on your team can learn a product at their own pace. Some lessons end with a short quiz to confirm the material stuck.
The two ways people use it
- Browse and watch. Anyone can open the training catalog and watch lessons. Use it to brush up before a shift or to learn a feature you have not tried yet.
- Finish assigned training. When an agency admin assigns training to you, it shows up on your My Training page as required learning, with your progress tracked as you go.
What a lesson includes
- A video you watch in your browser.
- A chapter list, so you can jump straight to the part you need.
- A short quiz on some lessons. When a lesson has a quiz, you finish the lesson by passing it.
Who manages it
Agency admins decide which lessons their team needs to complete and can see how everyone is doing. If you are an admin, see Managing your team's training.
Tip: You do not need to finish a lesson in one sitting. Your progress is saved, so you can close the video and pick up where you left off later.
