When you open Fleet Management, you land on the dashboard. It has two panels stacked on top of each other.
My Service Requests
The My Service Requests panel shows service requests you have submitted for any of your agency's vehicles — a broken light, a funny noise, a scheduled maintenance need. Each row shows when you requested it, the unit, the issue summary, the status, and when it was completed. The Request Service button at the top opens the form to submit a new one.

Accident Reports
The Accident Reports panel shows accident reports you have submitted. Each row shows when the accident occurred, the vehicle, the location, and the status. The Report Accident button at the top opens the accident report form.
What happens after you submit
Once you submit a request or a report, it goes straight to your agency's fleet administrators. They pick it up from the Service Tracker or Accident Management pages and handle the repair, scheduling, or investigation.
