The Service Tracker page is where your fleet administrators manage every service request and every scheduled appointment. It has two parts stacked on the same page.

Open Service Tracker

From the navigation, click Service Tracker. This item is admin-only.

The two sections

  • Request Queue — every service request that has come in from the dashboard. From here you view, schedule, or update the status of a request.
  • Service Schedule — a calendar view of every scheduled appointment, with an Unscheduled Vehicles sidebar showing vehicles that need service but have no appointment yet.

A typical flow

  1. A crew member submits a service request from the dashboard.
  2. It appears in the Request Queue with status Pending.
  3. An admin reviews it and clicks Schedule Service from the row actions. The Create Service Appointment modal opens and a new appointment is created.
  4. The appointment appears on the Service Schedule calendar.
  5. On the scheduled day, the admin starts the service, completes it, and the vehicle is back on the road.
