The personnel directory is the central list of everyone in your agency. You can search, filter, and click into any person to see their full record.
Opening the directory
- Click Personnel in the menu.
- Open the Directory tab at the top of the page.
Searching for someone
Type a name into the search box at the top of the table. The list filters as you type. You can search by first name, last name, or email.
What you see for each person
Each row shows the person's name, rank, job title, current position, status, and hire date. Use the View row action to open the full profile, which shows documents, certifications, issued gear, and employment history.
Filtering the list
Use the filters above the table to narrow the directory by Status (Active, Leave, Retired, Separated) or by Position.
Row actions
Open the action menu at the end of a row to: View the full profile, open the Issued Gear modal, add a document with Add Document, or edit the person's details with Edit. A new person can be added to the directory with the Add Member header action.
Example
Your chief asks for a list of everyone currently on leave. You open the directory, click the Status filter, and pick Leave. The list narrows to exactly those people along with their hire dates and job titles.
