The HR tile sits on the Unified Solutions dashboard alongside tiles for every other app your agency uses. It gives you a quick snapshot so you know whether anything needs your attention before you even open the app.

What you will see

The tile shows counts that are relevant to your role. If you are an employee, you might see the status of a certification you submitted or a request you are waiting on. If you are an HR administrator, you might see items waiting for review, such as pending certification submissions or unanswered personnel requests.

How to use it

  1. Sign in to the Unified Solutions dashboard.
  2. Look at the HR tile. If the count is zero, you are caught up.
  3. If there is a number, click the tile to open HR and take care of whatever is waiting.
Tip: Check the tile at the start of every shift. It takes a few seconds and keeps small problems from turning into big ones.
