The credentials registry is a single view of every certification held by every person in your agency. Instead of checking one person at a time, you can see all certifications in one place and filter them however you need.

Opening the registry

  1. Click Certifications & Licenses in the menu.
  2. The Registry tab is the landing page.

What you see

The table has four columns: Employee, Certification, Status, and Expires. Rows are sorted by expiration date.

Filtering

Use the filters above the table:

  • Status — Pending, Approved, Declined, or Expired.
  • Certification — pick a specific certification from your agency's list.

Combine filters to answer specific questions. For example, filter Status to Expired and Certification to CPR to find everyone whose CPR has lapsed.

Example

Your medical director wants to know who holds a current ACLS certification. You open the registry, set Certification to ACLS and Status to Approved, and the filtered list answers the question.
