You always get to HR through the Unified Solutions sign-in page. You do not type the HR address into your browser or bookmark it separately. Your username and password work across every Unified Solutions app, so there is nothing extra to remember.
Step by step
- Open your browser and go to the Unified Solutions sign-in page.
- Enter your email address and password.
- If your account belongs to more than one agency, pick the agency you want to work in.
- You will land on the Unified Solutions dashboard. This is the home screen for every app your agency uses.
- Find the HR tile and click it.
- The HR app opens. You are already signed in.
Why you should always use the dashboard
The dashboard shows alerts and counts from every app in one place. If you skip the dashboard and go straight to HR, you might miss a credential that is about to expire or a request waiting for your reply. Start at the dashboard every time.
Forgot your password
Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password. The link expires after one hour, so use it right away.
If your account belongs to more than one agency, you pick which one to work in when you sign in. To switch to a different agency, sign out and sign back in, then choose the other agency.
