The navigation
The Fire app navigation runs down the left side of the screen. The top link is:
- Dashboard -- Your home base when you open Fire.
If your agency has the Hydrants module turned on, a Hydrants link appears next. It opens the hydrant map.
The NERIS section groups the incident reporting tools:
- Dashboard -- Your department profile status, incident status counts, attention cards, and the incidents grid.
- Incident Reports -- The full list of incident reports for your department.
- Entity Settings -- Your department profile: name, identification, and the Stations & Units tab.
Navigation changes based on your modules
You may not see every item in the navigation. The Hydrants and NERIS sections only appear if those modules are enabled for your agency. If you think something is missing, ask your department administrator to check your access.
Getting back to SSO
At the top of the navigation you will find a Back to Unified link that returns you to the SSO dashboard so you can switch to a different app. You can also go directly to sso.unified-apps.com in your browser.
