Quick views on the dashboard

For an at-a-glance read, the Drug Tracking dashboard shows live cards: Par status (items under or over their expected level), Usage (last 7 days), and Expiring inventory (counts within 30 days, 31-60 days, and 60+ days). See The Drug Tracking dashboard.

Full reports

Detailed, filterable reports live in the Unified Analytics app — usage over time, movement history, expirations, and checkout activity across your whole agency. From the menu, click Reporting to open Analytics.

Tracing a single drug

To follow one product, open it from Inventory and use its detail page, which shows on-hand by location and a monthly usage chart. For controlled substances, the checkout history is your chain-of-custody record.

Tip: The Reporting link is available to agency admins.
