The Upcoming Time Off Requests table on your time-off page lists every request you have submitted whose start date is today or later. Use it to track what has been approved, what is still waiting, and what was turned down.

What each column shows

  • Type -- the kind of time off, such as vacation, sick leave, or personal time.
  • Start -- the request's start date and time.
  • End -- the request's end date and time.
  • Qty -- how many hours the request covers.
  • Status -- where the request stands right now.

Request statuses

  • Pending -- you submitted the request and it is waiting for a supervisor to review it.
  • Approved -- your request was accepted. The time off is confirmed.
  • Rejected -- your request was turned down. Check with your supervisor if you need to know why.
  • Cancelled -- the request was cancelled, either by you or by an administrator.

Past requests drop off the list once their start date passes -- the table is deliberately future-facing.

Example

You have two approved requests for next month's vacation and one pending request for two personal days in May. The table shows all three, sorted by start date. You can see at a glance that the May request is still waiting for review.
