If you find something that is not working right, have an idea for a new feature, or want to suggest an improvement, you can submit feedback directly from Crew Scheduling.

Getting there

Click the circular blue help icon in the lower-right corner of any page. The Help and Support panel opens from the right. Switch to the Submit Bug/Issue tab.

Submitting feedback

  1. Click the create action at the top of the feedback table.
  2. Pick a Feedback Type: Bug/Issue, Feature Request, or Improvement.
  3. Enter a Title.
  4. Enter a Description. Be specific -- include what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
  5. Submit.

Your open submissions appear in the table below with their current status (Pending, In Progress, Completed, or Rejected). Click the eye icon to open a submission.

Types of feedback

  • Bug/Issue -- something is broken or not working the way it should.
  • Feature Request -- something you wish the app could do that it cannot do today.
  • Improvement -- something that works but could work better.

Tips for writing useful bug reports

  • Mention which page you were on when the problem happened.
  • Describe the steps you took right before the issue appeared.
  • Note whether the problem happens every time or only sometimes.
  • Include details like the date, time, and your browser if you can.
