Your timecard is the official record of every punch you made during a pay period. Use it to verify your hours and flag anything wrong to your supervisor before the period closes.
Opening your timecard
- Open My Schedule from the menu.
- In the second row of links above the calendar, click Time Sheets.
- Your most recent pay period loads automatically.
- Use the Select Pay Period dropdown to switch to a different period if you need to review past records.
What you see
The timecard lists each punch you made inside the selected pay period. For each punch, you see:
- The shift title at the top of the card (or "Ad Hoc" for punches without a scheduled shift).
- Punch In -- the exact time you punched in.
- Punch Out -- the exact time you punched out, or "N/A" if the punch is still open.
- Hours Worked -- the duration between punch in and punch out.
- A bullet list of any comments you or your supervisor attached to the punch.
A Total Hours summary sits at the bottom of the page.
Adding a comment
If you want to attach a note to a punch -- for example, an explanation for an early punch-out -- click Add Comment, type the note, and click Save Comment.
Reviewing for accuracy
Look over your timecard before the end of each pay period. Compare the punch times to your actual work hours. If something is wrong -- a missed punch, an incorrect time, or a missing shift -- let your supervisor know so they can fix it before the timecard is finalized.
Example
You work three 12-hour shifts per week on a bi-weekly pay period. Your timecard shows six cards with punch-in and punch-out times for each. The Total Hours at the bottom shows 72 hours. You notice one card shows only 11 hours because you forgot to punch out and your supervisor manually edited the time. Everything else looks correct.
