Clicking a row in the employee list opens their overview modal. It shows basic contact info at the top, three stats tabs, and a weekly shift breakdown.

Basic information

The header shows the employee's profile photo (or a placeholder), name, email, and phone number.

Stats tabs

Below the header, three tabs switch the stats view:

  • This Pay Period -- scheduled, worked, and overtime hours for the current pay period.
  • Month -- totals for the current month. Use this to spot patterns like heavy overtime.
  • Year -- totals for the current calendar year.

Weekly Shifts

Below the stats, the Weekly Shifts section lists the employee's shifts day-by-day for the current week. Use Previous Week and Next Week to walk through past or upcoming weeks.

Example

A firefighter has been logging a lot of overtime. You open their overview and switch to Month. You see 220 hours when the target is 180. You switch to Year and see they have been consistently over for the past three months. You use this to adjust the schedule and spread the workload more evenly.
