Divisions let you organize your company into groups like geographic regions, battalions, or departments. Companies with only one division can create a single item and label it "Main."

Getting there

Open Settings from your profile menu and expand Divisions/Regions.

Adding a division

  1. Click Add Division.
  2. Enter a Division Name (for example, "North Division" or "Battalion 2").
  3. Submit.

How divisions are used

Stations, resources, and shift templates reference a division. Resources in the list are grouped by division, and shift-template forms filter their station options by the division you pick first.

Editing and deleting

Each row has edit and delete actions. Renaming a division takes effect wherever the division is referenced.

Example

Your county fire department covers a large area split into three battalions. You create three divisions: Battalion 1, Battalion 2, and Battalion 3. Each station is assigned to its battalion so the resources and shifts stay grouped correctly.
