A facility cannot send you transport requests until you invite them. Before any hospital or nursing home you work with can use Facility Transport Hub, you have to add them with the Invite a Facility button on the Requests page.
Step by step
- Click Invite a Facility at the top of the Requests page.
- A form opens. Enter the facility's name and the email address of the coordinator you work with.
- Click Submit.
What happens after you invite
The system sends an invitation email to the coordinator with a one-click link. They follow the link, set up their account, and from that point on every request they file lands in your Pending tab automatically.
One invite per facility
You only have to invite a facility once. After their account is set up, they are paired with your agency permanently and can send transport requests as often as they need to. If a different coordinator at the same facility needs access, the original coordinator can add them from inside Facility Transport Hub.
If the invite is not delivered
The invite email comes from a Unified Solutions address. If the coordinator does not see it within a few minutes, ask them to check their spam folder. If it is not there, contact help chat and we can resend the invite for you.
