Same idea as the procedures report, but for medications. PCRs where eSituation.13 was Critical (Red) or Emergent (Yellow) and the medications count on the PCR is zero.

How to use it
- Open Operations → Provider Quality → Critical Patients Without Medications.
- Pick a window.
- The grid shows providers, the count of flagged PCRs, total Critical/Emergent PCRs they ran, and percentage flagged.
Why this often runs higher than the procedures version
Many critical calls are appropriately handled with non-pharmacologic interventions — airway management, splinting, immobilization, basic monitoring. So a higher "no medications" rate than "no procedures" rate is normal across most agencies. The point of the report is to surface the cases worth a second look, not to drive the rate to zero.
