This report counts cardiac arrests (eArrest.01 = arrest occurred) where the provider documented that no resuscitation was attempted (eArrest.03 in the "not attempted" group: futile, DNR, or signs of circulation). It groups by provider.

How to use it
- Open Operations → Provider Quality → Cardiac Arrests Reported as DOAs.
- Pick a window.
- The grid lists each provider with the count of arrests they pronounced without working.
Why this matters
"Dead at scene, no resuscitation" is the right call for most asystole patients with obvious signs of death — but it is also the easiest disposition to over-use. Patterns to watch:
- A provider with a substantially higher pronounced-without-working rate than peers, especially across all hours of the day, may be under-attempting resuscitations.
- Pair this report with Cardiac Arrests Worked / Not Transported — together they show your full arrest disposition mix per provider.
