The assignments table on Manage Training shows everything you have assigned, grouped by person, so you can see at a glance who is on track and who needs a push.
Reading a person's row
Each person has a heading that shows how many lessons they have and how many are complete, like 2 / 5 complete. Open it to see one row per lesson with these columns:
- Training names the app and lesson.
- Status shows Completed, Started, or Not started.
- Video shows how much of the lesson they have watched, as a percentage.
- Test shows Passed, Failed, or Not taken for lessons that include a quiz.
- Attempts shows how many times they have taken the quiz.
Finding someone quickly
Use the search box above the table to filter by a person's name or email, or by a training title. The count below it tells you how many assignments match.
