Two row actions on the Vehicles page give you quick access to the two fields that change most often — mileage and the service schedule. Both save without needing you to open the full edit modal.

Update the current mileage

  1. On the Vehicles page, find the row for the vehicle.
  2. Open the Actions dropdown on the row and click Update Mileage.
  3. Enter the Current Mileage.
  4. Enter the date on Recorded On, or leave it on today.
  5. Click Submit.

Recording mileage often keeps the Next Service Due calculation accurate and gives you reliable utilization data over time.

Update the service schedule

  1. On the Vehicles page, open the Actions dropdown on the row and click Update Service.
  2. Update Last Service, Next Service Due, and Service Interval (mi).
  3. Click Submit.

These three fields drive the Service Due color on the vehicle row, the Due Soon filter, and the Unscheduled Vehicles suggestions on the service schedule calendar.
