Every transport you file moves through a small set of statuses, and you can track it from your dashboard the whole way.

The statuses

  • Pending — you have submitted the request and the dispatcher has not yet responded. No action required from you. The dispatcher sees it in their inbox and will respond shortly.
  • Counter-Offered — the dispatcher proposed different times. See Responding to counter-offers for what to do next.
  • Confirmed — the dispatcher accepted the request and the transport is locked in. You will be notified when the unit is on its way.
  • Declined — the dispatcher cannot run this transport. The reason shows up on the detail page. File a new request for a different time or service level if you still need transport.
  • Cancelled — the request was cancelled, either by you or by the dispatcher. No transport will happen.
  • Completed — the crew finished the transport. The history stays in your Completed card so you can look back at it later.

How you find out about status changes

You get an email or a text message — depending on your notification preferences — every time the status changes. The status card on your dashboard updates at the same time. You never need to call the dispatcher to check status.

The timeline

Click any row in your transport requests table to open the detail page for that transport. The detail page has a timeline of every status change — when you submitted, when the dispatcher confirmed or counter-offered, when the unit was dispatched, when pickup happened, when drop-off happened, when the request completed. This is your full record of the transport.
