You reach Facility Transport Hub the same way you reach every Unified Solutions application: sign in once, then pick the application from your dashboard.
Step by step
- Open your browser and go to sso.unified-apps.com.
- Enter your email and password. Use the credentials you were given when your transport agency invited you.
- You will land on the Unified Solutions dashboard. This is the home screen for all of your applications.
- Find the Facility Transport Hub tile and click it.
- Facility Transport Hub opens and you land on your dashboard, ready to file or follow up on a transport.
If you have not been invited yet
Facility Transport Hub accounts are created by invitation. Your transport agency sends you a one-click invitation link by email. Open the email, click the link, and follow the steps to set your password. Once that is done, you can sign in at sso.unified-apps.com from then on.
Forgot your password
Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password. The link expires after one hour, so use it right away.
