Facility Transport Hub can reach you by email, by text message, or both, every time something changes on a transport you filed. Notification preferences are per event, so you can pick exactly which updates feel important enough to text and which can stay as email.

Where to find them

Open the user menu and choose Profile. The notification preferences live on this page.

The events

You will see a row for each event Facility Transport Hub can notify you about:

  • Counter-offers from your dispatcher
  • Confirmations
  • Declines
  • Cancellations
  • Completions

For each event, toggle Email on or off, and toggle Text message on or off, independently.

A common starting point

Most users turn on text message for counter-offers and confirmations — those are the events you want to know about right away — and email for the rest. Adjust as you go.
