Facility Transport Hub is a single dashboard. Almost everything you do happens on this one screen.
Your dashboard
- Status cards — Pending, Counter-Offered, Confirmed, and Completed. Each card shows how many of your transports are currently in that state, so you can see at a glance what is open and what is finished.
- Transport requests table — every transport you have filed, sorted by most recent. The columns are status, requested time, pickup, drop-off, level of service, and reference. You can search, sort, and filter to find any request quickly.
- New transport request button — opens the request form. This is the button you use whenever you need to file a new transport.
- Counter-offer banner — when your dispatcher proposes a different time, a banner shows up on your dashboard so you cannot miss it. Click the banner to review and respond.
Opening a request
Tap or click any row in the table to open that transport's detail page. From the detail page you can see the full timeline, message the dispatcher, accept counter-offers, and cancel a pending request.
Your user menu
Click your name to open the user menu. The user menu is where you sign out and where you manage your profile and notification preferences.
