On the Unified Solutions dashboard, the CloudPCR tile is your shortcut into the app. It also shows you a quick view of what is waiting for your attention.
What is on the tile
The tile shows the count of patient care reports that need something from you — usually PCRs you have started but not yet submitted, or PCRs that have come back to you with a quality review note. The exact number depends on your role and which PCRs are open under your name.
How to use it
- Look at the number on the CloudPCR tile when you sign in.
- If the number is zero, you are caught up.
- If the number is more than zero, click the tile to open CloudPCR. You will land on the dashboard inside the app, where you can see exactly which PCRs need attention.
Tip
Tip: Make checking the dashboard tile the first thing you do every shift. It only takes a few seconds and it catches problems while they are still small.
