You always reach CloudPCR through the Unified Solutions sign-in page, not by typing the CloudPCR address into your browser. Your username and password are managed in one place so you do not have to remember a separate login for every Unified Solutions app.
Step by step
- Open your browser and go to the Unified Solutions sign-in page.
- Enter your email and password.
- If you work for more than one agency, pick the one you want to work in.
- You will land on the Unified Solutions dashboard. This is the home screen for every Unified Solutions app your agency uses.
- Find the CloudPCR tile on the dashboard and click it.
- You will land in CloudPCR, already signed in.
Why through the dashboard
The dashboard knows which apps you have access to, shows you alerts from each one, and keeps you signed in across all of them. If you bookmark CloudPCR directly and skip the dashboard, you will miss notifications from your other apps and you will sometimes have to sign in twice. Use the dashboard.
Forgot your password
Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page. You will get an email with a link to set a new one. The link works for one hour, so use it right away.
Switching agencies later
If your account belongs to more than one agency, you can switch later without signing out. Click your name in the menu and pick the other agency. CloudPCR keeps each agency's data fully separate, so what you see depends entirely on which one you are signed in to.
