The Reporting page is where you go to look at numbers and trends across your agency's PCRs. It is where you answer questions like "how many cardiac arrests did we run last month?" and "what is our average response time?"

Who can open Reporting

Reporting is restricted to users with the Admin role. If you do not see Reporting in the menu, ask your agency administrator to grant you the role.

Open Reporting

  1. From the menu, click Reporting.

What you see

Six charts sit at the top: Call Volume, Response Times, PCR Status, Top Impressions, Calls by Hour, and Disposition. Below the charts is the PCR grid. The controls above the grid let you pick a saved report, set a date range, and save or update the current view. Export Excel, Export Charts PDF, and Hide Charts buttons sit in the page header.
