Contacts are people connected to your agency who are not providers — your medical director, your billing contact, your fire chief, your hospital liaison, your state EMS coordinator.

Add a contact

  1. From Demographics, click Contacts.
  2. Click New Contact.
  3. Enter the name and role.
  4. Enter the email, phone, and address.
  5. Pick the contact type (medical director, administrative, billing, regulatory, etc.).
  6. Click Save.

Why this matters

Your state's NEMSIS submission needs to know who your medical director and your administrative contact are. Filling these in here means every state submission carries the right information.
