The Immunizations section on the Patient tab records which vaccinations the patient has had and when.

When to use it
You will not fill this in for most calls. Use it when:
- The patient may have an exposure-related complaint (animal bite, possible tetanus exposure, foreign-travel illness).
- The receiving facility specifically asks.
- Your state has a vaccination reporting requirement for certain transports.
How to add an immunization
- Click Add Immunization. A new row appears.
- Pick the Immunization type from the dropdown (tetanus, flu, hepatitis B, COVID, rabies, etc.).
- Enter the Year it was administered, if known.
- Click Add Immunization again for each additional vaccine.
Click the X on any row to remove it.
