The Immunizations section is where you record what vaccinations the patient has received, when applicable to the call.

When to use it

You will not fill this in for most calls. Use it when:

  • The patient may have an exposure-related complaint (animal bite, foreign-travel illness, possible tetanus exposure).
  • The receiving facility specifically asks.
  • Your state has a vaccination reporting requirement for certain transports.

How to add an immunization

  1. Click Add Immunization.
  2. Pick the vaccine.
  3. Enter the date administered if you know it.
