Reports show every PCR in your agency by default. You can filter them down to just what you want.

Date range

The Date Range dropdown at the top of the page controls the window the charts and the grid use. Options are:

  • All dates
  • This month
  • Last month
  • Last 90 days
  • Last year
  • Year to date
  • Custom range — reveals start and end date inputs.

Filtering the grid

The PCR grid below the charts has a filter row directly under the column headers. Type into the filter row to narrow a column (for example, Primary Impression, Disposition, or Created By). You can also click the column header filter icons to pick specific values, and use the search panel for free-text matches across visible columns.

Selecting rows to chart

The grid has row checkboxes. If you select one or more rows, the charts above redraw from just those rows. Clear the selection and the charts go back to showing every filtered row.
