The Drivers License section on the Patient tab records the patient's drivers license. Useful when some insurance carriers ask for it or when the license is the only ID you have.

The fields

  • State Issuing License — the state that issued the license. Pick from the dropdown.
  • License Number — type exactly as it appears on the license. CloudPCR does not validate format — every state uses a different one.
