Download the file
- From Demographics, click the option to download the demographics file.
- Save the file to your computer.
You can then upload it to your state's system, or your Unified Solutions support contact can submit it for you.
When to do this
You typically only need to do this when something major changes — adding a new vehicle, a new station, or a new medical director. Some states want the file submitted on a quarterly schedule even if nothing changed.
