Searching for a diagnosis

Some places in a PCR ask for a diagnosis code. CloudPCR is connected to the national ICD-10 code list, so you can search by name without memorizing codes.

How to search

1. Click in the diagnosis field.
2. Type the first few letters of the condition.
3. A list of matches appears.
4. Pick the right one.

You can search by the name of the condition or by the code itself if you know it.

An example

The receiving billing department asks for an ICD-10 diagnosis on your PCR. You type "chest pain unspec" in the diagnosis field. CloudPCR shows "R07.9 — Chest pain, unspecified." You pick it.
