The reporting area gives you a list of every checksheet session in your agency. You can search, filter, and open any session to see exactly what was recorded.

How to get there

  1. From the menu, click Reporting. (Reporting is visible to admins only.)
  2. You will see a list of sessions, most recent first.

Searching

Use the table search box at the top of the list to find sessions by their Reference code or Checklist name. Typing Engine Daily narrows the list to matching sessions; typing A3F7K2 jumps straight to one session by its reference code.

Filtering

Click the filter icon above the list to narrow it down:

  • Started from / Started until — show sessions started between those dates.
  • Checklist — pick a template to show only sessions from that template.
  • Status — pick from In Progress, Submitted, Draft, Failed, or Cancelled.

Viewing a session

Click View Checksheet on a row to open a modal that shows every answer on that session. The modal is titled with the session reference. File uploads and signatures appear inline with the answers. Close the modal when you are done.

An example

Your chief asks you to pull up every SCBA inspection from the last month. You go to Reporting, open the filter panel, set Started from to 30 days ago and the Checklist filter to "SCBA Monthly Inspection." The list shows twelve sessions. You click View Checksheet on one to verify that the crew checked the regulator and facepiece. Everything is there, including photos of a cracked facepiece seal that the crew flagged.

Tip: Use the reference code when you need to discuss a specific session with someone. Saying "pull up session A3F7K2" is faster and more precise than "the truck check from Tuesday morning."
