When you click View Checksheet on a session in Reporting, any files that were uploaded and any signatures that were captured appear inline with the rest of the answers.

Attachments

Files are shown in the session at the item where they were uploaded. If the file is an image, you will see a preview of the image right in the report. If the file is a PDF or other document, you will see a link to open it. You can click on any attachment to view it at full size.

Signatures

Signatures appear as images at the item where they were captured. You will see the handwritten signature exactly as the person drew it. The capture date is recorded with it.

An example

Your chief is reviewing a narcotics count from the 0700 shift change. She goes to Reporting and clicks View Checksheet on the session. She scrolls down to the vial count and sees that all numbers match. Below the count, she sees two signatures: one from the paramedic who counted and one from the witness. She scrolls up and sees a photo of the lockbox with the seal intact, attached to the "Lockbox seal" item. Everything is in one place, in order, with no paper to chase down.

Downloading files

Click on any attachment to open it in a new tab, then use your browser's save option to download it. This is useful if you need to include a photo in a report or save a copy for your records.
