Fleet Management stores all timestamps in UTC but displays them in your agency timezone. Set the timezone once on the Preferences page and every date on service appointments, accident reports, and reports reflects your local time.
How to set it
- From the user menu, click Settings.
- Click Manage preferences on the Preferences card.
- Pick your agency's timezone from the Timezone dropdown. Type to search — US, Canada, and Mexico timezones are available.
- Click Save.
Where the timezone shows up
- Service appointments on the calendar show in your timezone.
- Accident report timestamps show in your timezone.
- Reports and exports use this timezone.
Tip: Set this on day one. Changing the timezone later only affects how existing records are displayed — the underlying UTC timestamps do not change.
