Opening the product detail view
From the menu click Inventory. On the Inventory page, find the product you care about and click the arrow icon (Open) on its row. The page is titled Inventory • [product name].
Summary cards
At the top of the page, three or four summary cards show:
- On Hand — total units across all locations for this product.
- Locations — how many separate locations hold this product.
- Current Price — the most recent price on record and (if there's history) the percent change from roughly a year ago.
- Dose Unit — appears only for drugs that have a dose unit set.
Usage and price charts
Below the summary cards, two charts show how the product has been used over recent weeks and how its price has moved over time.
Locations table
The bottom of the page lists every place this product is currently stocked. Entries are grouped by root location (for example, all of Station 1's rows together). Columns include Location, Lot, Expiry, and Qty. For drugs, the Package NDC, Concentration, and Total Amount columns can be toggled on.
To see the full detail of a specific lot, click the Open location icon on that row — it opens the location's detail page in a new tab, where you can see the per-lot transaction history.
Checking multiple locations
If your agency has several stations and vehicles, the detail view lets you compare quantities across all of them. You can quickly see that Station 1 has plenty of a product while Medic 3 is running low, and plan to move some over.
