Where to find the tile
After you sign in at sso.unified-apps.com, the SSO dashboard shows a tile for each app your agency uses. The Inventory tile gives you a quick look at your checkout status without opening the full app.
What the tile displays
The Inventory tile shows:
- A status badge. If nothing is currently checked out, it reads All Clear. If one or more locations are checked out, it reads N Checked Out.
- A list of active checkouts, each showing the location name, the person who started the checkout, and when it started.
- A pencil icon next to each checkout that takes you straight to the Shift Checkout page to continue it.
If there are more than three active checkouts, arrows appear so you can page through them.
What to do with it
Use the tile as a quick pulse check. If you see an active checkout that has been running a long time, click through to the Shift Checkout page to finish it. If everything reads All Clear, you can move on with your day.
