Why verification matters

Unified Solutions needs to know that the email address on your account actually belongs to you. Verification proves that you can receive messages at that address. Without it, you might miss password resets, notifications, and important messages from your agency.

How to verify

When you first create your account or change your email address, a verification email is sent automatically. Open the email and click the verification link inside it. That is all you need to do.

If you did not get the email

When your email is not verified, a yellow banner appears at the top of the dashboard. The banner includes a Resend verification email button.

  1. Check your spam or junk folder first.
  2. Wait a few minutes — some email systems are slow.
  3. If it still has not arrived, go to the dashboard and click Resend verification email in the banner at the top of the page.

If the link has expired

Verification links expire after a set period. If yours has expired, go to the dashboard and click Resend verification email in the banner to get a fresh one.

What happens if you do not verify

Some features may be limited until your email is verified. You can still sign in, but you will see the reminder banner on the dashboard until you verify. It only has to happen once per email address.
